## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this cleanser oil or water based?**
A: Hi Toni! Our Brightening Daily Facial Cleanser does include water, fruit oil, thyme oil, and origanum vulgare leaf oil. The main featured ingredient is the extract from the daisy flower which has been shown to be a natural skin brightening agent. **Q: Does this lather up or is it like the other Burt's Bees face washes that go on more like a moisturizer?**
A: It doesn't lather. I use it on a cloth with warm water and then rinse off. It is thicker and creamier than a moisturizer.

**Q: How many bottles come with one purchase**
A: I received one bottle with my purchase.

**Q: The cream was difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, is this normal? The cream itself wasn't super thick but I still had trouble getting it out.**
A: Hi, Sara. Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear that our Brightening Daily Cleanser was difficult to dispense. This isn't something that we'd expect and we'd love to help.
