However I would recommend using a professional if you’re unsure, especially if it’s being used in conjunction with a central heating system. Working perfectly, maintains a constant temperature and simple to adjust. Would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A smart piece of kit. *by W***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 August 2015* This was a replacement product for a thermostatic element (by a different manufacturer) in an en-suite towel-rail which had failed after some 8 years or so of almost constant use. The product is manufactured by a Polish company - Terma. It's very smart and is far better looking than the image on the ad. It came very well packed and with a good (multi language) manual/installation instructions. It's a bit different to the normal single "prong" element - it has two. However it fitted perfectly into the towel rail and my local electrician found it easy to install. The controller is in stainless steel with 5 LED lights signalling the temperature level with + or - and on/off switches below. There's a good length of cable attached.
