Review: Good for PCOS - I have been using this for the past year. It has worked very well for my pcos symptoms. It helped clear up my hormonal acne completely (of course I focused on nutrition too). This also reduced my food noise and cravings.
Review: After 2 months of using it! - I’ve been taking it for almost 2 months now. I got my periods 6 days after taking it, but OH BOY IT WAS A BRUTAL ONE. Too much pain as my hormones were getting balanced. Then got another period on exact date with is usually very rare for me as I’ve never gotten regular periods. But but, my stomach got sensitive overtime and my stomach gets really upset now whenever I use this so :( i had to stop using it. And when i stopped, i got periods only after 14 days so not sure if it happened bc I stopped using it.
