I received this shampoo bottle with plastic sealed around the bottle that prevent leakage and breakage to the lid. The shampoo had a nice pleasant scent. It had a smooth light creamy texture that looked and felt more like hair conditioner. It left my hair soft with a nice scent after using it. It helped wash out the dirt and grease from my oily hair while it maintained the shine and didn't make my hair look dull nor frizzy. Overall, I like the shampoo.
