However, this product has changed, and I felt obligated to share my experience. I have used this cleanser for more than 3 years, and I loved it. Recently, it seems as though the formulation changed. I typically received this every 3 months in my subscription through Amazon. This is the second bottle that I received where the cleanser has deteriorated within 2-3 weeks of opening and using. Typically, it is a thick, gel-like consistency which lathers well. However, the last two bottles have turned to a pure liquid-like consistency, with no lather after opening.
