With all the micro-plastic talks, I was taking another look at them, saw how worn they looked. There was pieces of plastic just hanging on by a thread. I was a bit worried they may be a bit too long making it hard to use, but it wasn't that bad. It easily picked up my eggs and I was able to flip them over without any sticking. The only thing I miss, is the extra flexibility that plastic spatulas give you - almost to where you can use it as a flexible crowbar. These have a bit of flexibility, but not bend into a U flexibility. With that said, how often am I cooking with a U shaped spatula? Then the other thing I really liked about these, is how easy they are to clean. I mean, I recall trying to scrape all the extra bits stuck to the worn plastic spatula, which I would then have to run through the dishwasher a couple times to get it looking at least decent.
