## Description

AESUB Blue is a sublimating (evaporating) scanning spray for 3D measurement technology - developed and approved by scan experts. Mirror, transparent and reflective surfaces can be optimally captured by laser scanners using AESUB blue and thus measured. The spray evaporates within a few hours of application and leaves no marks on the surface of the scan object. No elaborate post-cleaning of the parts is necessary. AESUB blue thus increases efficiency and productivity during the measurement process. Unlike other standard scanning sprays, AESUB blue contains no pigments that damage sensitive areas of the measuring devices. AESUB blue forms a thin, white and homogeneous layer, which is the ideal prerequisite for optical scanning. It results in excellent scanning results. SPRAY | SCAN | DONE

Review: Works great if pricey - We do a lot of batch reverse engineering work and need something that’s not messy and no cleanup needed. Spray leaves a nice white flat smooth temporary coating Particle size is almost undetectable for most scanning needs and much smaller than other cheaper or DIY options. Working time is also manageable and doesn’t fade too quickly. Though, if you need to take a bathroom/smoke break you will need to respray, so only spray when you’re ready to scan.

Spray leaves a nice white flat smooth temporary coating Particle size is almost undetectable for most scanning needs and much smaller than other cheaper or DIY options. Working time is also manageable and doesn’t fade too quickly. Though, if you need to take a bathroom/smoke break you will need to respray, so only spray when you’re ready to scan.

Scannen von (fast) transparenten Objekten ist schon ein Challenge für sich, mit dem Spray klappt es aber sehr gut. Man muss sich daran gewöhnen das Spray Recht sparsam zu nutzen. Auf jeden Fall löste es sich bei meinen Objekten anschließend auch retlos auf. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
