We wouldn’t recommend using PVC outer sleeves, as they are exactly the sort of sleeve which can off-gas and damage your sleeves and vinyl. We would recommend polypropylene (PP) or low-density polyethylene (LDPE) for outer sleeves which are both inert and cost effective materials. Our Density range is made from LDPE, and our Crystal is PP for reference. We don’t supply any sleeves in PVC. For an inner sleeve, high-density polyethylene sleeves (HDPE) is a good option as again it is inert and stable. We only supply HDPE sleeves for this reason.
