## Description

The Fujitora factory of Niigata Japan has produced what we consider to be the ultimate perfection in a blend of Japanese and European knife design. The handles are made from stainless steel, are hollow and weighted. There is also a special die cast bolster welded onto the handle of the knives, which provides a smooth touch and comfortable grip.
