I would say that if you used them on the bottom of your boot they would probably only be good for one walk as any significant movement would dislodge them however good they are. Used on a heel they are good for 3 or four walks. Imo a properly fitted pair of boots is the best way to go and since I changed my boots with a proper fitting I have had no problems with blisters. Use these if you are happy with changing them regularly. **Q: How long does each patch last?** A: So far mine have been in the heels of my boots for months.
