The water level window does not offer a great deal of contrast. It's easier to see once you know what you're looking for, but it's not ideal.2. If you use this while also using another energy-gobbling item on the same circuit (e.g., an overhead heating fan), you may be in for a trip to the basement to reset the breaker. I've only had it happen once so far.
