After two Weeks, the difference is honestly exciting me. Having scaly red dots all over your arms and elbows was driving me mad, this seems to work in two steps, initially it softened the flakey skin, making it pretty smooth and relieving the itching to some degree, then the redness fades. In two Weeks 90% of the crap on my elbow is gone and I couldn't be happier considering I was told by a fellow P club member that there is absolutely no cure out there. i'm honestly chuffed to bits with this cream, though two points to end on - as with most psoriasis treatments, what works for me may not for you, I don't use this for my scalp, alphosil does the job there, and also another point, my shins and calves are very badly affected, I've used this cream daily on my upper body to brilliant results, used it maybe every two or three days on the shins and the results aren't quite as good but this is to be expected, it does tame the redness though.In all, I'd pay any amount of money for this stuff as it works for me, considering it's under a tenner, it's more than worth trying it. I used to be able to get a coal tar solution from my GP but that is no longer the case due to the ban of coal tar in the EU. I was glad to find this item which contains a - diluted - amount of coal tar. I bought the solution and then decided to buy this moisturiser. The solution left my hand feeling very dry and tight so this actually helps that a lot. As for the psoriasis - there is hardly any itching worth mentioning now, after using both items. However, having been using them for over two weeks the psoriasis is still there - though not getting any worse. This is why I'm not sure yet about Exorex. Will persevere using both but they have not been an instant cure for me (unlike the coal tar solution I used to get from my GP). I would suggest though, that this cream should be used in conjunction with the solution as it is what it says - a moisturiser. Although it didn't get rid of it, it stopped the itching.It was quite a greasy product but was first established once it had time to soak into the skin.After a week of just using this product, I also used this product in tandem with Dermalex coal tar and steroid free mineral cream in the evening. This stung like mad as a result of using exorex as well, but it really controlled my psoriasis and with both products, completely eradicated the psoriasis. That, some sun, exercise and a healthy diet really did make a difference, but DON'T expect to get good results without changing your lifestyle as well.Psoriasis can be stress related and it is important to consider that it is not just the exorex that helped. I would advise using this product to hold back the itching, but to get rid of the psoriasis, you need to make changes in your lifestyle and general health.Also, it is important to remember that even if you do make certain changes to you or lifestyle, the cream won't work for everybody. I decided to do a little research and came across this cream I read the reviews and thought I would give it a go seeing as it was fairly cheap. Once I received the cream I passed it over to my dad. And I can honestly say that after he applied it. He did not wake up early hours on the morning to bathe his legs. He is absolutely delighted with this cream and having used it for approx 5 weeks his psoriasis had really eased and was not scaly any more. Unfortunately he had used all the cream I had purchased and resorted to using one his doctor had prescribed and this made his psoriasis worse so much so it was red raw and bleeding....needless to say I've ordered a load more of this cream as it really has worked wonders for my dad and I thought I would write this review as it helped him so much that I hope it can help other psoriasis sufferers. Then I cover the area with the cream. My skin doesn't itch anywhere near as much as it has in the past. Is this the cream itself? Is it the combination? - or is it the lotion that has been applied initially?I can't say for sure.
