Wish they still made them ! - Having had most of the Nokia phones over the past decade I was very pleased when I bought my first 6230i - better than the 6230 and as easy to use. Small and neat. The camera is good and I've even printed off the photos onto a calendar with surprisingly good results. I find the menus easier and more straightforward to use than the new gimmicky phones around at the moment. Sound quality is great and the video feature is useful and good quality too. Sturdy and robust. Pity they don't make them any longer - I've had to trawl round for a reconditioned one to replace my faulty three year old one.

A: Yes it does. Excellent simple to use phone.

**Q: Does this phone work with the 3 network**
A: Mine has a 4G simcard from giffgaff.  Previously it was on a 3G card from t-mobile (ee).  Most simcards are free, give it a try.  My 'phone was at least 10 years old when it was stolen, in September 2013.  Last summer the "used" replacement, at only £30, fell into the lawn-mower, but I did salvage the simcard.  The replacement for that 'phone only cost me £12.50 on amazon ("used"), and from so many years trouble free service, almost 15 years now, my next one will also be a Nokia 6230i, as, and when, necessary.  The theft was despicable, the lawn-mower incident an unfortunate accident, possibly down to my own neglect.  I love the Nokia 6230i, and as a last resort, would migrate to another Nokia, possibly with more than the 1.3 mp camera.  This cam is fine for a desktop/laptop screen or presentation, also for an A5 print-off, but is slightly grainy at A4.  My only gripe, and certainly not enough to deter me from loving the 'phone.

Having had most of the Nokia phones over the past decade I was very pleased when I bought my first 6230i - better than the 6230 and as easy to use. Small and neat. The camera is good and I've even printed off the photos onto a calendar with surprisingly good results. I find the menus easier and more straightforward to use than the new gimmicky phones around at the moment. Sound quality is great and the video feature is useful and good quality too. Sturdy and robust. Pity they don't make them any longer - I've had to trawl round for a reconditioned one to replace my faulty three year old one.

phone looks good and feels good' but that's all you get from this phone' needs charging every night and sometimes twice a day' tried new nokia batteries but still needs charging every night' camera waste of time' advert said phone with charger and pc software but no box' I got just the phone' I no family members who have this phone and most of them have the same trouble.. don't know if seller knows about this problem' but surely they test everything they sell ? by the way I paid £27.99.. was no point sending it back wasting more money' just threw it in the bin after a week
