Having bought and opened many tubs of 1 kilo smooth peanut butter, I have now mastered the skill required to open the lid without breakage. I think this is a very good product overall but when so many people are having the same problem opening the lid, the manufacturer really should look at the design of the packaging and look for a way to improve the issue. Let's face it, opening a tub or jar should be as easy as pulling or twisting the lid, you shouldn't need some kind of special technique with an accompanied YouTube video. Other products are far superior when it comes to packaging. My second issue with packaging is that the plastic container arrives in a square box. Literally a cube, it has no indication as to which way is up and what is the top so the peanut butter containers get packed upside down and left to right and they all still look the same. How hard is it to print the word ‘TOP' on the top of the box? Incorrect packaging with a product like this is definitely an issue and easily solvable. Whatever happened to the classic ‘THIS WAY UP' notification? Anyway, moaning aside, I still think the peanut butter is good quality which is why I keep buying it.
