However, one ingredient I hadn’t tried before is Cognisage, a blend of garden sage and Spanish sage, which is claimed to support neurological health. After doing a little research, I discovered that studies suggest garden and Spanish sage might improve cognitive function, particularly memory and focus. Research has shown these herbs may help boost brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels, which support brain cell growth and maintenance. I was curious to see how much of an impact this ingredient would have when combined with the rest of the formula. I've been using Brainspan consistently for a couple of weeks and I have experienced a noticeable boost in energy and mental focus after taking. While it's hard to pinpoint how much the Cognisage is responsible for the results, I do feel that the high doses of B vitamins and Coffee Fruit Extract play a significant role in enhancing energy. To be absolutely Point Blank honest I didn't see any drastic change. But I did notice I might have an allergic reaction and as much as my head got super stuffy. I don't think I'll finish the bottle but that's just my opinion. The other stuff that I got the blood pressure the Bergamot the magnesium are all absolutely fantastic and work literally immediately. That's why I'm thinking this stuff man take it or leave it
