Review: Great set of ear protectors - After receiving a faulty pair of ear protectors, Awesafe kindly sent me out a new pair to re-test, I am very happy with the service received. The headset is comfy, light, and a good-looking bit of kit, all for a decent price. The hearing protection is good, my only quibble is that sometimes it can be selective as to what it "turns down", this may just be the mic position. For the price you cannot complain.

A: They are vinyl in construction, so are water resistant but do not switch off automatically, manual roller switch to activate on & off

**Q: Are the ear defenders ok in the rain**
A: I have not experienced any issues in the rain, to date

**Q: Can they handle the rain all day**
A: Hello, sorry, it is not recommended to use it in the rain! This headset it is not waterproof!

**Q: any good for airsoft?**
A: They will work for Airsoft, you will find them useful against BFG's and disposal pyro

Bought these for shooting and they are really great - had a full day and didn't really notice I was wearing them. They actually amplify conversation and remove background noise so make it easy to hear - they also have an audio input so can be used for listening to audio etc. Nice touch with the carry case which also has room for safety glasses.
