Review: Definition of a gaming machine - This is a great laptop. Ran into some issues with Bluetooth error and alt+tab disabling itself after setup but took care of it with a bios update using the Alienware support assist. No issues since, can run AAA games like God of War on HIGH settings around 90-105 fps. Freaking gorgeous visuals and smooth gameplay. I also bought a travel laptop AC charger and Alienware backpack with it. Spent a few extra dimes but it’s my first ever AW laptop so I went in on accessories. LOVE IT and can’t wait to travel abroad with it.

### ⭐ Extremely disappointed

For the price of this laptop I expect it to perform better than my 4 year old $1200 MSI. This Alienware laptop has been glitchy and has made simple task such as opening a program or even trying to turn the laptop off difficult…. Trying to open programs such as Diablo or WoW would take several minutes…. Even after updating drivers and contacting customer support nothings improved. I’ve heard only good things from Alienware so I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of product I’ve received. My next laptop or computer WILL NOT BE A DELL/Alienware.
