It can be washed if needed and left to air dry. My upper arm measured 12 inches and I went with the medium size but it still does slouch when I wear the arm band so I will use this band to protect my sensor patch while I’m in the shower or exposed to dirt/debris while gardening. The fabric has good stretch and was easy to apply with one hand. The band acts as an extra layer of protection for my sensor. There are two regions of non slip silicone which helps to keep the band on the arm.What I dislike about the Nooneast Upgraded Diabetes Insulin Arm Band for Freestyle Libre Omnipod Dexcom Sensor Cover: The band does slouch when wearing the band and I’m afraid it will slouch to much and pull my sensor loss.
