These yielded a 2-3 oz increase per pump, on average for me :) They weren't as bad as some lactation "treats" can be, which is a plus. (Looking at you, hard rock cookies. You might as well eat sand for how dry those things are!)I think the biggest downside is the cost & accessibility of these guys. I would buy more, given that they were sold in stores.But being that they take 2 days at the very least to get here...that, well, is a bit of a bummer. Especially if you're in a funk with your supply, (ie: I go through a dip whenever I get my period. I am irregular. By the time these get here, my period is almost over. Essentially defeating the purpose.) it is nice to be able to go to the store & pick up your quick fix-it and not have to worry. Especially in a world that demands immediacy from already busy moms. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty, pumping treat *by S***0 on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2018* I had the opportunity to try these previously and I loved them so much that I came back for more. I can attest that they don't prohibit more milk, but I take a group of galactogogues to help increase my supply now that I am back to work. They taste great, but make sure you have them in the fridge for when you need them.
