This is an OK product if you are looking for a gentle alternative to assist with digestion and constipation ailments. However is it worth the price in comparison to similar counterparts, No, I don't think this is. I have deliberately waited to write this review after taking this soluble powder supplement for a few days, and yes it certainly helps with bloating and digestion, but the taste is unpleasant, which only hinders the process of swallowing this, however, you choose to mix it. Consistency is the plan here though, and this definitely makes ( me ) feel full and slows down my digestion, but to be honest, the taste of this does put me off my food a little. Regular bowel movements... still early days, but things are moving, so I'm hopeful that this will help maintain my daily rhythm... I will continue to use this daily, despite the taste, in the hope that my gut health will improve. To conclude this is a good quality product and a decent way to up your fibre intake, it works pretty quickly, and effectively in different ways, depending on your body, so for this, I am giving 4 stars, and I recommend this to anyone who is considering an alternative way to up their fibre intake. Thank you.
