The flavor it imparts on burgers is out of this world, and if you use high quality ground beef from an actual butcher, make 1/2 pound patties, and flame broil them on a kamado grill between medium to medium well... you just can't buy a better burger anywhere. Occasionally you get big pieces that are good for smoking and/or good for snuffing out after the cook with a kamado for future use, and of course you'll have settling and probably more dust than you'll want.
