Review: Good Value, superior to our previous Bissel Crosswave. - Good value unit, superior to our older Bissel brand crosswave that we used for years. Appreciate the simplicity of cleaning and servicing the unit after use as well as the availability of spare HEPA Filters and Rollers in India on desertcart. Cleans our Kota stone flooring well and does a great job on regular tile surfaces. Vacuum suction is sufficient and the mopping is dialed in well, not too little nor too much solution is dispensed, it’s just right. Our unit gets daily use and so far no issues. I would definately recommend to my family and friends.

I’ve been using the Tineco Floor ONE i5 Stretch Plus 2 for a while now, and overall, it has been a very helpful addition to my daily cleaning routine—especially in a home with kids. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ What I liked The biggest advantage is the 2-in-1 vacuum and mop functionality, which makes cleaning quick and effortless. With kids around, spills and messes happen frequently, and this device handles both wet and dry cleaning efficiently in a single pass. The cleaning performance is impressive—it picks up dirt, food spills, and fine dust very well without leaving streaks. The ability to clean under low furniture (thanks to the lay-flat design) is another big plus. Overall, it saves a lot of time compared to traditional sweeping and mopping. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ⚠️ Drawbacks I noticed 1. Battery runtime could be better In real-world use, I’m getting around 25 minutes of runtime, which feels a bit limiting. For a full house clean, ideally it should be at least 45–60 minutes. 2. Edge and corner cleaning limitation The vacuum does not clean fully along walls and edges. It leaves roughly a small gap (~6 mm), which means you may still need a secondary cleaning tool for corners. 3. Water tank durability (concern) While the overall build quality is good, the water tanks feel slightly less durable.
