Cold Slim freezing system is designed to work best when it targets just one area at a time. This might include both legs or both arms, but for best results, avoid targeting both your stomach and legs at the same time. Blue is best paired with diet and exercise to improve circulation and health. Incorporating Cold Slim with your existing diet plan will help accelerate results (consult your physician for all diet plan information). Remember results are not immediate, this is a process and it takes time for the body to respond to a new treatment. Customers of Cold Slim have started to see results in as early as 6 weeks, but results vary with every individual. ## Features - You’ll need to keep them in your freezer for at least 24 hours prior to using to ensure they reach and maintain the ideal fat freezing temperatures during use. - Using either the Torso/Abs Wrap or the Arms/Lower Body Wrap (whichever area you’re trying to target), locate the openings on the back of your wrap. Slide your fingers along the velcro openings to gently open and place the dual targeting cold pack inside each of the pockets (there will be three pockets on the waist wrap and one on the arm wrap). Then completely seal the velcro opening as to reduce the amount of heat which can escape. - Wrap the chosen system from step 2 around your target area, underneath your clothes. The Cold Slim wrap is designed to be worn directly against your skin for maximum cooling and protection. - When the hour is over, remove the belt and place the cold packs back in the freezer so they will be ready to use for your next application. - Massage the targeted area/areas in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes immediately after you remove the system. This works to further break down the frozen or crystalized fat cells which can greatly improve your results. If needed, you can apply a moisturizing lotion during or after this step to avoid overly dry skin. ## Images ![Cold Slim Shaper Belt - Effective Gel Packs that Freezes and Reduces Unwanted Fat - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/617Rg8w8EhL.jpg) ![Cold Slim Shaper Belt - Effective Gel Packs that Freezes and Reduces Unwanted Fat - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61e+Ck-fdXL.jpg) ![Cold Slim Shaper Belt - Effective Gel Packs that Freezes and Reduces Unwanted Fat - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61c8Ui4m9QL.jpg) ![Cold Slim Shaper Belt - Effective Gel Packs that Freezes and Reduces Unwanted Fat - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41LL-w-XRUL.jpg) ![Cold Slim Shaper Belt - Effective Gel Packs that Freezes and Reduces Unwanted Fat - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61fh0sz9bfL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Size and function *by S***J on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2019* The band that wraps around the thigh would fit an elephant - way too big without the option to adjust the size. The "gel" packs were hard, not cold at all and did not bend. I am returning. ### ⭐⭐ I don't like it. *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2018* It came with no instructions. Once I put it in the freezer, it stayed hard, solid. Couldn't get it to curve around in the pouch.I don't like it. ### ⭐⭐ Don't waste your money *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2019* We used it for low back pain.
