Yes, the smell is a little strong, I’ll admit that, but they actually taste pretty good. They’re not too harsh on the throat either — if anything, they feel soothing. They also have a taste somewhat similar to a regular tobacco cigarette, if that’s what you’re looking for. I’d also say they give a calming, relaxing feeling overall. I’m definitely looking forward to trying different flavors! Review: Not for me - While the Ice Menthol flavor is definitely strong, the underlying taste of the herbal blend just didn't work for me. The smoke smells and tastes very heavy like burning tea leaves, which left a lingering aftertaste. It is a well-made product and completely nicotine-free, but the flavor profile makes it a tough substitute if you are expecting something closer to real tobacco ## Features - 100% Tobacco-Free & Nicotine-Free: A non-addictive alternative to smoking. - Natural Ingredients: Made with green tea, chrysanthemum, and honey for a smooth flavor. - Supports Quitting: Mimics the feel of traditional cigarettes without nicotine. - Convenient Sizes: Available in multiple flavors and bundle options. - Trusted Quality: Produced by a global leader in tobacco alternatives. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #24,168 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #79 in Smokeless Inhalers | | Customer Reviews | 3.4 out of 5 stars 1,060 Reviews | ## Images ![Herbal Cigarettes - Tobacco Free, Nicotine Free - Ice Menthol (4 Packs) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61RmWLOFwXL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s not as bad as people claim it to be *by A***M on May 27, 2026* Before buying these, I looked through the reviews and saw a lot of people saying things like “it smells bad,” “it tastes bad,” or “it’s overwhelming.” Honestly, I don’t think they’re bad at all. I’m definitely looking forward to trying different flavors! ### ⭐ Not for me *by T***N on June 28, 2026* While the Ice Menthol flavor is definitely strong, the underlying taste of the herbal blend just didn't work for me. The smoke smells and tastes very heavy like burning tea leaves, which left a lingering aftertaste. It is a well-made product and completely nicotine-free, but the flavor profile makes it a tough substitute if you are expecting something closer to real tobacco ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great way to quit *by J***H on August 31, 2025* I've been trying to quit for a while and these are really helping. I've tried so many other things but these actually give you the feel of a real cigarette and the Menthol taste. The Menthol taste is a little strong so I don't break the bubble or whatever they want to call it. But if you're trying to quit these will really do you good if you smoke methyl cigarettes. I don't mind the smell but my husband says it smells like instance ## Frequently Bought Together - HEABAL Herbal Cigarettes - Tobacco Free, Nicotine Free - Ice Menthol (4 Packs) - HEABAL Herbal Cigarettes - Tobacco Free, Nicotine Free - Menthol (4 Packs) - HEABAL Herbal Cigarettes - Nicotine Free & Tobacco Free 20/Pack (Lemon) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/658182604-herbal-cigarettes-tobacco-free-nicotine-free-ice-menthol-4-packs](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/658182604-herbal-cigarettes-tobacco-free-nicotine-free-ice-menthol-4-packs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
