I am a novice and was able to do this with help from my wife. Was not to difficult **Q: Is that the rear axle bolt?** A: Yes, an extended length bolt/axle is included in the set.It compensates for the extra width necessary due to the rack thickness. You can place the CT200U on a milk crate or similar item to raise the bike off the ground. Position it carefully to keep it stable while you are working on the rear axle.Once positioned and tightened properly this rack along with a couple of bungee cords will allow you to carry extra weight safely and out of the way. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits doodlebug with modifications *by N***K on July 23, 2024* I bought these for a DB30 knowing they probably wouldn't fit directly. I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality, I expected them to be pretty thin material, but they are very stout. These will hold far more weight than I will ever be able to load on the bike. The front rack was able to fit without any modification other than having to drill 2 holes on the forks. The rear was a little more intensive. The coleman bike apparently uses a much larger diameter axle shaft, so I was not able to use the extended axle provided. The coleman also must have some sort of bar or plate under the back of the seat the DB does not have. I cut the rear grab bar off so it would not be in the way, and welded a bar across the back of the seat for the rear mounting tab. For the lower portion, since I was unable to use the axle, I bought 2 5/8 x 1 3/4 bolts and nylock nuts, and welded the bolts to the frame. If you have the means, it is very doable. If you actually have a coleman bike, you probably don't need to worry about it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A GREAT ADD-ON FOR CT200U MINIBIKE *by M***G on August 16, 2018* I got one of the Coleman CT200U minibikes to use on our farm. It did not come with one of these rack kits installed. After I got the minibike assembled I ordered this rack kit from Amazon for around $20 Prime.The rear rack is large and very useful, I keep a large box bungi-corded to the rear rack for bringing the mail down our 1/4-mile long driveway.Both racks are very sturdy. The rear rack is a bit difficult to mount, you must remove the rear wheel axle completely and replace it with the included "longer" axle. There are also a number of spacers that need to be installed on the axle, it's good to have someone to help with the installation as you'll need extra hands to get everything together.These are great mini bikes and the racks add a lot of usefulness and carrying ability.Happy mini biking to all! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable *by R***S on April 12, 2018* Durable and well made, easy to install.
