They stayed securely in place, were comfortable to wear, and protected the wound effectively. These provide the best of both worlds! The nonstick area is padded pretty thick and the adhesive or 'silicone' around the edges so far works great. Sticks great, but not peeling off my skin either. The bandage is very flexible and having the cut-out points in the middle, make it so much more comfortable when the area moves and bends.After sleeping on it all night, the one side did pull up slightly, but adhered right back down.
