Review: Not a viable tree, poor quality - On arrival the tree was covered in a bloom like mould. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, seeing as the tree was dormant and decided to plant it. However now that growth has started it is clear that the root graft on this tree has failed and that the stem above the graft is as dead as you like. Underneath the graft a number of suckers have come up but they won't make a viable fruit tree. The return window has closed now unfortunately. I should have gone with my gut instinct and returned straight away - I'm now left with a useless plant. I won't use this supplier again, they dispatched a tree which was clearly substandard. I recommend others steer clear.

This arrived in a very timely manner. The packaging box it arrived in helps to protect the tree inside rather effectively. (Box approx 1x1x5 feet) The bare root wrapping looks very well done, and the over all health and condition of the trunk and branches are excellent. (Admittedly the tree is in dormancy so I am yet to see it grow, but my experience so far tells me it is of good and healthy quality.) Supplied is also a helpful set of instructions on planting and care. Very happy, will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.
