Our 3 and 4 year old girls have dropped their iPads many times and there is always zero damage. The cases are very cute and well suited for young girls. They each love sitting the ipads vertically on a table using the butterfly wings so they can sit back and watch videos. The main drawback with so much padding is that the buttons and charging port are difficult to reach. However, small price to pay for increased protection.
