The stethescope is good with good sound quality. The two tube design (which is one reason I bought it out of curiousity) is fine though is a bit more restricted than a single tube design. The tubes are slightly shorter than Im used to but overall its a good stethescope and for Β£30 I have no complaints. Whether it will last 7+ years like my Litmann I am unsure but it is about 1/3rd the price and I wouldnt have any concerns using this stethescope for the forseeable future. Good acoustics Ears tips are a bit hard on ears but I guess regular use will make your ears used to it. You have to adjust the anatomy everytime you use. Otherwise good product for money.
