I adore this journal. I look forward to filling it in in the evenings. It fits in well with my life as a mother of young children as well in that it doesn't take up too much time (I'm usually the journalling type but less so consistently with family life). The concise prompts in these are excellent. I love the room for humanity and imperfection too, where it prompts us with regards to where we want to improve (we can begin to strategise).
