Since it's a spot treatment, you really don't need much- and a little goes a LONG way. The topical treatment is black from charcoal, but that doesn't stain or leave any marks.I've tried numerous "overnight" treatments and those pimple-patches, but this is one of my new go-to saviors for a pesky pimple or whitehead. After having acne as a teen, I've taken better care of my skin and now only get a bump or pimple every now and then but of course it's always in one of the most obvious spots!The first time I tried this was shortly before bedtime and let it soak in/dry before going to sleep. After my typical morning routine including cleansing, I was ASTONISHED. I didn't expect it to look like tar since it didn't say charcoal anywhere in the title. The ingredients do show charcoal and I have used many charcoal products in the past. I was a little skeptical though, but I gave it a shot. Happened to have a minor break out right when it arrived, so it timed out well. I have to say, this stuff works. I dabbed it on before bed and let it dry, by morning the spots were probably 80% gone. That is really impressive to me. Within a few more days they were all gone. It usually takes my skin about a week to clear, so using this product definitely cleared it up faster. I only wish it wasn't black so I can use it during the day as well.
