Once that clip falls out it can not permanently be reattached, it continues to fall out and despite best efforts eventually gets lost. For me the carabiner clip extends use but makes it less functional than using belt clip. I wish a company would make a belt clip that is removable for those that prefer carabiner but able to reattach for those who only use belt clip after it inevitably falls off. ### ⭐⭐⭐ The Snaps on the badge holders are terrible. *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2018* The belt clip is strong, the retraction and cord are fine; one broke after a very long time using it. However, taking the next one out of the bag of 5, the plastic tab with the snaps/ well one of them was missing a snap altogether, another one had the snap that for some reason just wouldn't snap closed. One other, very weak snap, badge weight made it unsnap so it was useless. 2 of the 5 were good. I wouldn't recommend these. If I had one bad apple out of the bag, I would be okay with that...but I had 3 bad out of 5!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Looks sturdier than it actually is, unfortunately *by N***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2020* It LOOKS like a solid, mostly metal clip.It's not.It's actually mostly plastic, with a metal ring that wraps around the outside. Recently the main part separated from the metal ring, but I was able to snap it back in place. The pocket clip broke the first week I had it. It snapped off completely, so I resorted to using the big clip for belt loops. That part works great, but that would also be hard to mess up. Lastly, the snap that goes through a slip on an ID card isn't quite as secure as I'd like it. It doesn't snap in place with a nice audible "click". You just sort of feel it. I'm not worried about it falling off on it's own, but I could see it coming off with light force.
