Insanely good! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ perfect! *by S***D on January 23, 2020* Great coffee, fantastically nice people, received in three days, and my coffee was three days old. Emphatically, yes, these folks are fantastic at what they do, and are humans that I enjoy dealing with, and will for a long time into the future! My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! Though it's listed as a 'light roast'-- I suspect that's more for the folks who might have different expectations from an espresso-- it's pretty much a classic roast profile, though. I generally pull shots of it at 18g in and about 25-27g out, and it's got a fantastic flavor which i use for americanos and straight shots- nice mouth feel, and crema you could stand a quarter on! This is not 'modern' espresso 'with notes of blueberry, lemongrass, sage, and a pleasant florality' that needs a half gallon of water pulled through it to make it palatable- thank goodness-- it's properly roasted and tastes as you'd expect a classic espresso should taste- so if you're looking for acids on display-- you should look probably look elsewhere. I probably should've let it rest a little longer... but it smelled so fantastic, I really didn't feel like waiting!
