Would be nice if the hopper was also refrigerated, but this seems to be the standard MO of most ice makers of this type. Particularly nice is that you can plumb the water input from the mains, or you can use a siphon approach from a container placed above the unit. The melt water discharge is gravity fed and can be plumbed, or it can be routed to a nearby drain. The instructions are pretty horrible, but it’s not rocket science. So it’s easy to work out.
