Review: Buyer Beware - This Hot Tub stopped heating 5 months after my purchase. Since it was within the 180 day warranty I contacted their customer service department, and while they were slow to respond, an usually required me emailing two or three times, they agreed to send me a replacement heater. Prior to sending the heater they sent a 2-minute video showing how to install the new heater. What they did not send was any instruction on how to remove the current heater. After a few more emails they sent me that video (again 2 minutes long) and not nearly enough instruction on how to remove it. After two hours of trying I realized I could not get the original heater out without ripping the hot tub to shreds. I emailed several more times asking for either more descriptive instructions or for them to replace it with a brand new tub. They have not responded since and I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Aleko have terrible customer service, poor product and an unwillingness to stand behind their warranty. Buy at your own risk.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. It was easy to set up, works great, and the bubbles feel amazing. It's become my favorite way to unwind after work. Plenty of room, great quality, and well worth the money. Highly recommend!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super easy to set up

I was amazed how fast this can be set up. Took about 15 minutes to unfold, them plug it in and about 5 minutes to fill with air. You can be ready to fill with water and start to heat it less than 30 minutes. The motor is powerful enough to create lots of bubbles. lt works on a 20 minute cycle. It will bubble for 20 minutes and kick off for 10 minutes in 20 minutes you can re-start the bubbles, this is a safety feature to protect the motor from overheating.. It is a very good quality, very relaxing. If you want to deflate and store it, it is easy to break down and store in the bag that comes with it.
