You plug this device into your TV, but this device requires to be plugged into an electrical outlet, and the cord is short. You have to bring an outlet closer to this device or come up with another extension cord. Cannot connect to this device using Cast from my laptops. I researched but no solutions found. I gave up. Even though I can connect to this device using smartphone (Android). But that does solve less than half of my problems why I wanted to try this device. I'll be returning. It was interesting, this device came from China directly, that's why it took longer to deliver after purchase. Manual is very abstract, but that's not a point.
