They stop me picking or touching my skin and thereby making my spots irritated. It’s often satisfying peeling them off too, leaving the pimples noticeably less red and inflamed in most instances. The only issue is that the patches don’t stick well if my skin is even slightly damp or greasy, but that can be avoided by wiping the area with a tissue before applying. Not sure if these are better than some of the plain, clear patches I’ve used in the past; it’s hard to tell since these are black so the gunk shows up differently after removal.
