It's made of sturdy canvas-type material so it stands up to to thorn bushes and twigs that poke at it while crawling under and over obstacles. It holds 3-4 16.9 oz water bottles in the main compartment, plus additional items in the front 2 compartments and your phone can go in the compartment on the back (or inside if you don't stuff it like I do!). The strap length can be changed. The strap can also be changed to attach at the lower right or lower left, depending upon how you like the bag to lay and which shoulder you throw the strap over. The big compartment has 2 zippers so you can open it from either direction. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versitatile - Great Product *by B***� on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2019* This product is well made and versatile.I am a size S, 5'2 about 123 pounds and as you can see from the pics, the bag is small, as expected.- The strap and the back are well padded and covered with a soft material. Seams and zip look sturdy as well. Though the zip of top small external pocket rubs against the inner material. To avoid damage pay attention when zipping and unzipping that pocket. And there are 6 internal pockets.- The zips and double side hooks are all made in metal, which is a plus in terms of durability- Its versatility allows to use it in various situations. Yesterday I went to a party and it looked great with the casual outfit. But it is also great for small trips. I tested it, and despite being a small, this is what I was able to place in it: 32oz water bottle, a bottle of sunscreen 9.1 oz, which is almost twice the size of regular ones, lotion, deodorant, book, makeup, tissues, hand sanitizer, portable charger, keys and phone. No issues zipping up the pockets. However, since the big bottles pushed toward the back of the bag, the back pocked could not hold anything. It was completely flat. Can't complaint though!- As someone else indicated, the strap is too long even if pulled all the way, but I will simply sew it to shorten it.Great product! Highly recommended.*****UPDATE*****I have never been able to use the back pocket because there is no way to fit anything in it. It is too tight.
