It was easy to adjust to fit. The material "breathes" so it doesn't get too damp from moisture/sweat. They come in fun colors and patterns and change out fairly easily. I have worn it 24/7 (except for short charging periods and showers) and it has held up very well. I am not sure I would get it wet, I think it would hold up, but would absorb and hold the moisture.
