   Directions
   
  
   1 Serving: 1/3 cup neat + 2 Tablespoons water 
   4 Servings: 1 pouch neat + 1/2 cup water 
     
   In a bowl, add water to neat and mix well. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place mixture in the skillet. As neat browns, chip into crumbles with a spatula. Continue cooking, until neat is crumbly and lightly browned, approximately 9 minutes.

   Form neat into burgers (add veggies, if you like!) and cook in a non-stick skillet for approximately 3 minutes on each side.

   Form neat into balls and bake in the oven at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
