Bought and installed a genuine cartridge from Canon to confirm it’s not from the printer and it worked without any issue. Just return them when you first see it! Review: Zunächst war ich von der Akzeptanz der Toner druch den Canon MFC-744cdw überrascht, aber nach etwa 120 Ausdrucke, begann der Drucker zu quietschen und pfeifen, brach einen Druckvorgang mit Papierstau ab und nichts geht mehr. Ich hatte den Eindruck, daß eine oder mehrere Tonerkassetten Getriebeschaden haben. Zum Glück hatte ich noch Original Canon Kassetten mit ca. 10-20 % Restfüllung. Original eingelegt, Papierstau beseitigt, Druckauftrag erteilt und zum Glück funktioniert er Drucker wieder einwandfrei War ein stressiges, kurzes Abenteuer, aber nochmals kaufen würde ich nicht. Bin froh, daß eine Rücksendung noch möglich war. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Drucker beim Start des Druckvorgangs keine Fehlermeldung bezüglich der Verwendung eines Nicht-Originalprodukts anzeigt.
