The pump works fabulously well. The build quality is amazingly high for the price. The real issue to me was when I sued it for my 14 hours of transoceanic air travel, for some reasons, I felt it fairly uncomfortable and gave pain on my neck. I depressed quite a bit to make it a bit softer which reduced my neck pain, but it still did not completely solve the problem. After using one time for the long air travel, I decided not to use it for future travels.
