Nothing else - no nuts. I like the shoulder bolts instead of the washer & spacer thing, but no nuts - you'll have to buy your own. **Q: Does it com with two bolts?** A: Yes 2 bolts but didn't use them. Do yourself a favor and go to toyota and get the eom bolts. The original bolts are one piece with the spring and have a nose before the treads to start easy. I ended up using the old ones.Good luck. **Q: How long is the bolt? Had to halt my muffler job to run to the hardware store. They are 10mm x 1.25 (although I order these for my last muffler job and the old nuts didn't fit this one. But I had the muffler shop do that job so they could have used a different set.
