At first he didn’t want to sit in it but now his 6 year old brother and 8 year old sister want to take it from him so now it’s one of his favorite items...something about wanting what everyone else can’t have, right? Anyway, I’m happy with the quality. It is sturdy but has a little give to it. It’s definitely not something that I would travel with but to be honest even if it was smaller I wouldn’t bother with that myself. For our purposes it’s been great. I have placed it on bar stools, benches and the typical dining room chair without worry of it sliding off. There are no suctions on this but it also isn’t so slick that it slides around. Super easy to clean up. I also appreciate the color choice. It blends in with what I have going on already.
