They have a variety of other super tasty products too that I use in combination with this one such as their Fitwhey and RecovHer. I have bought this product before through another seller and after about two weeks I noticed that I dropped an extra 4 pounds! Amazing stuff! Since then I lose on average about 3 pounds a week after doing cardio for an hour once a day for 3 days. I will continue to by FitGirl products and I am extremely happy with my results.
