Review: Excellent. - An excellent product for the professional or enthusiastic home chef. I think the sheath is a little unnecessary though risking food contamination if used.
Review: Not suitable for my needs - I purchased these to cut butchers scraps that we feed to Badgers and although they are beautifully made unfortunately they wouldn't cut this product so maybe I ordered in error. I will still give 5 stars for quality.
