**Q: why does it say the ingredients are almonds but then it says there are 5 ingredients and they dont list them?**
A: That is the difference between the sweetened and unsweetened varieties. We use the unsweetened, and the ingredients are only filtered water and almonds.

**Q: When does it expire?**
A: My first shipment, the 6 cartons didn't expire for 4 weeks. The second shipment I got, all 6 had an expiration date a week from when they arrived.  After that the price of the 6 doubled (from $26 to $46), so I cancelled my subscribe and save shipments.

**Q: Is the beverage "organic"?**
A: Although our products are not certified Organic, the Elmhurst Team constantly strives for quality. From sourcing the finest ingredients to our innovative milking process, we completely adhere to transparency. Our products are certified vegan through the American vegetarian association, they do not contain MSG, and are certified Non GMO.

**Q: why did the price increase?**
A: I have complained about this, too. never got a reply.

It is so rich with almonds and the good fats they contain. It has two ingredients. It's organic. The 11g of fat make it excellent for coffee creamer and Creami ice cream recipes. And it's great on cereal and with smoothies. The only comparison at the absolute top-end of non-dairy milks is Malk, but this has more almonds per cup, and a higher fat - which is what you want. Eat fat, get thin - as Dr. Mark Hyman says.
