Only slightly sticky, fair longevity I think. Essentially transparent in colour. Also tastes faintly of rice I think? The only note is that when it arrived it had these white dots dispersed throughout the liquid, which disappeared after an hour or two, so clearly one of the ingredients has a high melting point!
