After the first use, I noticed heavy discoloration of the legs and the rings. I won’t use this again as I don’t know what’s leaching into my food. Wish I had returned this on time. These pictures were taken after a good wash in the dishwasher too. Purple and grey colorations all over. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, easy to clean *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2020* For a few months I’ve used this trivet every other day in my 6-qt InstaPot. It works perfect for pressure cooking fresh and frozen chicken and ground turkey, and probably also for beef and lamb. Its legs are a little taller than other trivets I’ve tried, so its possible to put enough water into the InstaPot to quickly and effectively cook the meat, without it being partially submerged in the water.And then there is the strutural, design aspect of this trivet, and this heavily effects its sturdiness and ease of maintenance. With three, straight legs (not four, bent triangular legs) and a thick, simple, stainless steel wire structure throughout, this trivet is much sturdier, very stable and much easier to clean than the less expensive wire mesh trivets I’ve owned. The shorter trivets, made with narrower gauge wire, tend to corrode and expose their tack welds pretty quick. And they are a “B” to clean. (Steamed chicken and turkey drippings sort of tack up and stick to the trivets, especially at the metal joins, during steaming or pressure cooking. Fewer joins between metal wires translates into to far less cleaning!)I’m glad this product is available. Thanks! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, but too tall. *by K***I on Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2020* High quality, but being so tall this wastes a lot of space in my pressure cooker, which is the intended use of a trivet.
