Review: The Best Olive Oil Ever - I recently lived in Italy and found this olive oil at Eataly. Since first discovery 6 years ago I use only this olive oil for my salads and dipping. When I moved back to the States 2 years ago I brought back a couple of bottles, then I would have friends being me a bottle when they came or when I went back for visit. I couldn't believe my good luck when I recently found it on desertcart. I'm sure the Eataly in Los Angeles has it but that's too far for me to drive. What I love about this olive oil is it's fresh taste and aromaa, it's beautiful light green color. It's worth the price.

This is the best olive oil I’ve ever had. Has a complex olive taste. Great depth. It has the signature tartness at the back of the throat. I do like “strong” olive oil so be aware of that. Better than any oil I’ve had at quality Italian restaurants. Can’t believe I found it at Amazon.
